This is a news paper about penguins (the name probably gave you a hint).
It is here to have fun and talk about all those cool cold birds. There will be events (free posters and stuff), contest, quiz-for-a-prize days, and other stuff.
If you think you like penguins enough, try the test to prove yourself. But if you don't seem penguiny enough, or are being mean, doing bad things, or other stuff like that, I will have to remove you.
I hope I wont have to do that.
Well, I will try to get everyone together and put out the first page.
Oh and every year, on February 19th, we celebrate Penguin Day!
